- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is unique and this makes it difficult to give standard pricing for every electrical issue. We do offer free estimates and inspections of your electrical system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a meeting with our client. Inspect their electrical system and discuss concerns they may have. Offer a written estimate with affordable solutions to achieve their goals safely. Perform work same day or schedule a time that is convenient for our customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years in the Electrical Industry. I have worked in residential and commercial environments and operated a service van for several years.
