Incredibly unprofessional. Came out to run over the job yesterday (guy said he was the owner of BigTex). He said everything looked good and they would be out at 10am the next morning.
This morning at 8:30am he send me a message saying “unfortunately, we will not be servicing your address.” No other explanation or response.
I have other jobs pending on the project and needed painting to go first. I went with them because they told me they could get the job done quickly.
Now my room is already torn up to make space for paint job and I will have to cancel the other work scheduled on short notice.
Completely ridiculous lack of professionalism.
