Introduction

We are a Rhodes scholar and wife who will house sit your home. I/We house sit homes that need someone to occupy your own home, while you are away for no matter how long you will be away. I/We will live in your place to keep it safe from intruders, trespassers, and any other reasons you want someone there in your place, while you can't be there. I/We will take care of the property just as I would in my own home. I/We will treat your home with love and respect. If anything happens with your appliances etc., I/We will be there to immediately take care of it to prevent property damages from escalating. That can be so costly to you, the owner, when you aren't there, and you come back to a major catastrophe that could cost you up to thousands of dollars because you weren't there to stop it, or to get it done right away. The service fee is a case-to-case basis for each individual. Contact me, and we will talk when you need us.
