4j plumbing was great! I had reached out after hours due to an issue with my toilet. He was prompt to respond and set up an appointment for the next day. He came over, was kind and explained everything that needed to be fixed and quoted me the cost of repairs before doing any repairs to be sure I was comfortable with moving forward. He fixed it quickly and ensured it was working properly before leaving!
I will definitely be using them in the future if I have any plumbing issues!

The guy that came out to my house listened to me. I have an older house and both of my bathrooms was backing up (it happens 1-2x every year). Well I normally go through my home warranty but they couldn’t come out for over 48 hours (couldn’t wait). A company came out that responded on thumbtack as well and looked at 1 bathroom asked where’s the clean out and I showed him the only one that’s ever been found and right off the back he said $350 as he puffed on his VAPE, I’ve never been charged that much I told him I can’t do it..then I called 4j out (was here in a few hours) he said he may have to pull the toilet and I explain to him about the only clean out that’s ever been found and has always been used and he listened and used it and just like that it worked !!! And the price was half of what the other company was trying to charge. So overall 4j was pleasant, talked to me while he was working (didn’t run up the clock), reasonable, cleaned out my tubs for me, just very efficient!!! They have a customer for life will never call the home warranty people for this problem ever again. Thank you 4j Plumbing

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always negotiable and though we try to have a template for most repairs each one can have a variable depending on each situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like keeping my process for new customers the same for everyone. When we get the call, we schedule a time to come out and do the repair or give advise on what is best in the situation. The most important aspect I believe is to be upfront and keep customers aware of repair cost. During this time we understand time and money is important to everyone on both sides.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of company management, technician training, and customer care in the plumbing profession for the last 20 years
