- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates with fair and reasonable pricing. We will never add on additional work that is not needed just to drive up a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to promptly arrive a our customer's site, assess the situation and give clear recommendations. We go out of our way, every step of the way to ensure that the property owner is aware of what we are doing and why it is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified and hold a TX Mold license.
