- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give bigger discounts based on how frequent lawn service is and if start getting more recurring yards in the area. We give discounts on junk removal per full load if there is multiple loads. We give discounts for land clearing the bigger the property the more of discount receive per acre. We also give discounts for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting all the information required to give an accurate price, and if information is not correct it can cause the price to go up when show up to do the work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up doing this work, and now I have my own business from not giving up, working hard, and being upfront and honest with customers.
