Mike and Ivan at ANI Construction have quite literaly renewed our faith in contractors. After 2 years of dealing with a frustrating plethora of subpar contractors during and after our new home build, we hired ANI to build a combination bookcase and hidden-door entrance to our safe room. I'm still stunned at the level of consistent professionalism and workmanship ANI demonstrated for this project, and my wife and I couldn't be more thrilled with the final outcome.
The bookcase is beautiful, solid and 100% functional. Even with books and other items in the cabinets and on the shelves, it is a stable, perfectly balanced hidden door that secures itself tightly with a combination ball-catch and magnetic latch.
I'm privileged to give ANI my very highest-level recommendation. Beyond their impressive craftsmanship, they are honest, hardworking men of the highest caliber and integrity.

The moment I submitted a job request to install a barn door, Mike and Ivan responded within minutes! The team came the same day to assess the installation and materials needed to complete the project. It was a difficult project because Ivan and Mike had to create the hangers to hang barn yard door. I also wanted it locked from the inside and keyed from the outside. They found innovative ways to meet all of my requirements. They totally went above and beyond!! Couldn't be any happier with ANI! They fixed a locking mechanism (complex) for a 12 X 10 bifold folding window door in my living room that leads to the front patio. The company I hired to install the window door couldn't figure out how to finish the installation, but ANI did in a hour or two. I highly, highly recommend.
