Henry came in expecting a straightforward fix, and honestly, so did I. It quickly turned into a much larger issue, and he even uncovered an additional problem while he was here. Throughout the entire process, I never once felt like he wasn’t fully in my corner. He was thorough, transparent, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing so I actually understood what was happening.
