Juan knows what he's doing and treated me fairly. He did not say "You need a new unit, one million dollars". He fixed what need to be fixed and I have cool air and at a reasonable price.

Juan was excellent, he explained what was wrong with my A/C unit and how it is old and could die any time. I appreciate d his honesty and yet he was sensitive to my financial constraints. I told him I would like him to be the tech to install a new unit when I need it. He is professional and skilled in his work. He's a real asset to urban air.
