I do a lot of repair, replace, and reconfigure work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. I got into this business because of poor customer service, lazy contractors, and sloppy work. There are a lot of them out there.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I've worked residential and commercial construction most of my life before going into government work. I have served in the U.S. Army, served several combat deployments, I have a college degree, and I maintain a Texas Peace Officer License (although I no longer work as a police officer). I spend as much time with my family as I possible can; I coach soccer and t-ball. I believe in honesty, hard work and doing the right thing. I have close personal ties to my local community and my goal is to become a trusted resource even if you do not use my service.
