- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you aren’t able to afford wellness support from us, let us know. We can work something out. We want to help everyone we can, because we truly believe that everyone deserves a full, happy, healthy life. Anyway that we’re able to support you, we will!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter the service provided, our first session is always an assessment. We talk about your goals, past and present habits and lifestyle, what you hope to get out of the experience, etc. We want to get to know you and have a real relationship with each client. This is for YOU. We want you to get as much out of it as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I’m a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA. I have experience and certs in pre and postnatal, athletic performance, yoga, and group fitness. I’m also CPR and AED certified and my degree in physical therapy along with clinical setting internship experience. All of our trainers are certified through credible programs and our Mental Health Counselor is a LSW with over 2000 hours of clinical work.
