Jess is an AMAZING overall trainer for mind and body and nutrition!! She helped me with lifestyle changes that will keep me healthy for a lifetime, not just a fad diet to help me temporarily - I’m stronger, healthier, happier than I’ve ever been!Jan 7, 2020
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My single session price is $65. On my website you can see that I offer an 8 pack of sessions for $55/session, and a 12 pack of sessions for $45/session. Private group training (2-3 people) is $30/person/session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our first session is always an assessment. We talk about your goals, past and present training/nutrition, what you hope to get out of the experience, etc. I then assess movement patterns, posture, and check for any weaknesses or imbalances. From there, I build a personalized warm up to work on anything I find that might hinder the efficiency of your training along with a program fit specifically to your needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’m a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA. I have experience and certs in pre and postnatal, athletic performance, yoga, and group fitness. I’m also CPR and AED certified and have college level education in physical therapy along with clinical setting internship experience.
