Introduction: My advice would be to ask the service provider any and all questions that would make them confident in their decision to use your company. Also ask for references if you like. A company that wants your business will be willing to answer questions about anything related to the services that they provide. It is very dynamic and challenging from day to day. I have many customers that I consider friends. It is very rewarding to help people with problems that you are uniquely equipped to handle. Printer repair is not a very glamorous job, but if that is your calling, then it is a great occupation.

    I was looking for stable employment after serving in the military. Graduated from a technical school was the first step. After gaining recognition for my performance it was full steam ahead.

    We only service computer printers. This is what we think we are good at. We do not try to service all printers. We concentrate on some printers that have a good reputation in the industry .

    I suppose that the biggest thing is the amount of experience it takes to get really good at this business. Developing a methodology for troubleshooting an electromechanical device is difficult and is built in layers over time.
