Hired Stevenson's remodeling in July 2013 to paint the walls and finish the floor in my garage, and to tile the floors in both upstairs bathrooms. When he went over the floor in the garage because he had missed a strip originally, he used the wrong color paint. When he did one bathroom, the tiles chipped and the bolt for the toilet came out. When I called and told him, he said he didn't chip the tile and he wasn't paying for anymore paint. When I called him back and told him I bought more floor paint he said he would come back when he could. When I e-mailed him he said he would come when he was able. It has been over a week now. He won't answer any more phone calls or e-mails. He has been paid in full, and I don't want to hire and pay someone else for work he should have completed. My toilet has already leaked once, and I am worried about further damage. He whines too much about gas to Grapevine and the cost of epoxy paint. He should let his efforts rise above his excuses. He needs to complete the work he started. If I had not been a single mom, or not paid him in full, I believe he would have come back to finish the job. He is not trustworthy. He is not a gentleman. He is not a reputable professional.

My husband and I hired Chuck to paint our house inside and let me say while they did a pretty good job with painting , I found out you have to keep any alcohol locked up or hidden. His wife that works with him hit the bottle pretty much all day. I was shocked and hurt to find out they / or she was boozing it up while I was not looking . would not recommend
