Kevin Keller,, Technician was very polite when he arrived. He introduced himself. He asked me what was the problem I explained to him what was going on with my Air Condition when I told him what was going on he said ,, to me,,let me Take a look at it,,also asked me to turn on the unit I did just what he asked me to do ,, In a very nice politely tone of voice, his voice,,, not even a good 20 minutes Kevin Keller,, came back in the house, And told me ,youre back on ,, with a beautiful smile, he said your air-conditioning is working. Your air is blowing and it was. I was so grateful just so grateful. Kevin Keller,, also Explain to me. What was going on with my air-conditioning unit why it wasnt blowing cool air,,showed me the capacitative. That needed to be changed. He had one on his company truck put it on. I was back running. cooling off not even in a good 20 minutes. The man /technician,,was just great customer service.He was just great. repeat myself,,,!!!! His Customer service went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family had a good night sleep tonight,,I have the company name also I have Kevin Keller,,name. Im programmed it in my phone. And also, Im going to write it in my little tablet. I want to keep this company around,, and keep this Technician now its been quite a while since I had a very nice technician to come out with that nice personality. I had bad experience with plumbing and the technician was not nice. It was just nice to have great customer service. Great great great customer service.!!!. I call that great customer service. Im going to have a good night. Sleep tonight,, it is April 29, 2026 thank you, Aireserv company , if I have a Great customer service technician, Mr.Kevin Keller,,-youre satisfied and grateful for Customer, Ms. C Bernard & family

AirServ had my back. They visited multiple times to service my unit until the issue was completely resolved. I will continue to call them for all future hvac repairs/services.

Brian and Kevin helped in fixing my A/C. They did a great job getting everything back up and running. Both were so kind and explained the issue well, along with explaining all of the work being done and what steps were taken to get things working again.
