There is some misunderstand after the finish. But they came back to fix the concern. Over all, i am happy with the floating shelves. Nice contractors to work with.

Over the last 40 years I have moved and owned several houses and hired contractors, but never have I been so pleased with a contractor! Pro Builders is amazing. The owner is on site and works along with everyone else. He makes sure everything is done right... because that is what he does. He is an amazing craftsman and person. We told him what we wanted to do with the 600 square foot 'apartment' we wanted to build out. He listened and gave us a bid. His was the best bid, because he showed he knew what he was doing and had a reasonable price. He provided information and took us to his suppliers to choose the finishes. He made suggestions (pros/cons on choices) and helped us navigate that portion of the project. During the building we did have to point out some issues as the work was done. We also had a few items that we had to call him back to finish after he was 'done'...... at this time, May of 2023 we still have one last item.... and HE IS NO LONGER RESPONDING TO OUR EMAILS. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

It was the Quick response time & explains in detail & have a Project Mgr. for everything from ground -up. My house was Castrophic damage. I’m glad I got them to handle rebuilding 1400ft house from ground -up. Every detail taken care of. It’s Worth it
