Our design process begins with an in-person meeting, where we learn about your needs, your style, and the design elements that are most important to you. Next we create a proposed floor plan for your project. This allows us to quickly make changes to the layout based on your feedback. For major projects, we can also create a 3D computer model to let you visually see the proposed design along with the colors and design elements you asked for. HOW ARE ESTIMATING PROCESS WORKS: We will discuss with you your project goals and design style. We can then provide two different kinds of estimates: a ballpark estimate that gives you a cost range for the project and a detailed, line-by-line estimate that we can turn into a fixed-price contract. Our ballpark estimates are always free. The ballpark estimate will help you decide if the project is within your overall budget.
