What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of discounts for senior citizens, veterans, first responders and more. Call to see if you qualify for a discounted price for our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client comes in for their initial assessment, which allows the practitioner to determine his/her nutritional needs. This visit lasts about 90 minutes. Then, the client returns for their Report of Finding visit, during which the findings and the program are explained. This visit is about 60 minutes. Our goal is to put together a program that addresses the root causes of health issues, not just masking it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Serge has a Ph.D. in the field of experimental medicine, and then he pursued a fellowship in cardiology at Harvard Medical School/Harvard Stem Cell Institute/Massachusetts General Hospital.
