I would really use this company they are fast n reliable. Enrique n Jonathan move a friend from Galveston n I was in front n they help me out with my stuff n out of kindness no charge they were fast n very respectful give them a try wont regret it !!!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are typically based on hourly rate for 2, 3 and 4 man moves volume and weight of the materials that are being moved. The more information that we have from the customer, the more precise we can be with the pricing. Detailing all items that will be moved will help us to provide a realistic quote. Communication of the fact is what's most important. Our prices are competitive. Our movers and our equipment are good quality
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather the necessary information to provide a fair and honest estimate. We communicate with the customer prior to the move and we let the customer know when the movers are enroute, what is their ETA and what to expect during and after the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide in house training to all new employees of how to properly care for and move our customers belongings safely and efficiently.
