General Electric Services: Electrical Solutions: Site visit / Troubleshooting: $150 General electric service includes the following: RGB/LED lighting & systems including floodlight cameras, smart lighting integration. Breakers / Fixtures and Fans Full installation: consultation required (custom quote) Main service panel upgrades/ service: $2800+ consultation required (custom quote) *Electrical work may require additional permits, inspections, or special materials.* Solar Solutions: Site visit / Troubleshooting: $200 2hrs min. Maintenance, cleaning or full installation of solar systems All solar solutions require a custom consultation and quote due to system size, local code, and equipment. Services include the following: Battery Install & Service Inverter Install & Service PV & Optimizer Install & Service SolarEdge, Tesla, Enphase, Sol-Ark etc. Consultation fee applies, to project booked with confirmed 30% deposit. Logistical Services (Delivery, LTL, etc.): Full service delivery/logistics management (including Less-Than-Truckload and other transport) Please contact us for custom rates, based on distance, size, weight and service required. Home Theater & Audio/Video Solutions: TV mounting: $90 – $230 Wire concealment: $110 – $160 Basic home theater setup: $450 (materials and scope subject to change) On-site estimate required for custom cinema rooms: 25% deposit (applied toward job if accepted) Pricing may vary based on materials, complexity, and installation conditions. Outdoor Entertainment / Solutions: Outdoor audio/video installation, weather-proofing, media zones outdoors Consultation required: $80 fee for local service area. (deductible if project is booked with confirmed deposit) Shade / Window Treatments: Laser shade measurements and installation Consultation required: $80 fee (deductible if project is booked) Site Design: Full site design services (residential, commercial, industrial) Consultation required: $100 fee (applied if project is booked) Security & Camera Solutions: Access control and enterprise-grade security systems (residential to commercial) Wired security cameras: $110 per camera (setup & configuration included) Wireless security cameras: $70 per camera (setup & configuration included) *Site wireless strength applicable for wireless camera performance* Pricing subject to site conditions, network integration, and scale of system. Wire Runs / Concealment: Professional wire run and concealment service: $150 – $270 Final pricing depends on length, route complexity, required materials & finishes. Network Solutions: New network deployment, troubleshooting & product selection/design Consultation (on-site or remote): $85 Fiber optic solutions: consultation required (custom quote) Network deployment pricing varies significantly by scope and hardware. Service Terms & Notes All prices listed are starting estimates for the 77598 area and subject to final on-site assessment and material/supply cost. *Travel beyond a standard service radius may incur additional fee.* Consultation deposits (for applicable services) are deductible from the final invoice if the project is booked. *A 15-day workmanship warranty covers our service labour — any issues within that period will be addressed at no extra labour charge (materials may apply).* We reserve the right to adjust pricing for scope changes, extraordinary conditions (e.g., extensive demolition, structural modifications, code upgrades) or special materials.
