Extremely pleased with the service that Laurie and her team provided. Our apartment is feeling refreshed and Bridget was very attentive to details. She made sure she moved the furnitures before she vacuums or wipe the floor. She took her time to clean thoroughly. Prior to the engagement, Laurie came by our place to survey and discuss the scope of work. This is prudent and i feel very comfortable when we decided to engage them.

By far, the best cleaning experience I've had. I'm still finding things they cleaned that I wouldn't have expected. Very nice, on time, professional group. They expected me to do a walk through before they took any money to make sure I was pleased. My house still smells good!!!

I really like going to the place that I'm trying to clean and meet the person in charge or owner. I like to take a look at the place and then give them a price and about how long it mite take to clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be honest with them. Answer questions if I may have.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a home health care facility. I work doing light cleaning for elderly people. So I thought I can do this on my own cleaning other people's homes. After a while then I started cleaning Residents,Churches and Offices. I have also clean in nursing homes and schools.
