What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based on packages that all come with a highlight. Additional add ons are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When clients reach out to me i like to discuss about their day in order to best quote them. Then after we discuss the details I send over a contract for them to review. Upon being selected by my clients I like to keep in touch within throughout till their wedding day and beyond. I also like to meet up with them shortly before their wedding day to discuss their day in greater detail once all details are finalized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my bachelor's in Film from The University of North Texas were I learned the fundamentals of filmmaking. The knowledge and skills acquired have given me the ability to create moving videos for my clients.
