We have not often required appliance service in the past. That said I was very impressed with the service we rec'd from the Loan Star technician. All communications as well as eta advice was excellent and much better than any other service calls in the past. The tech was knowledgeable and prompt in diagnosing the problem. I was also surprised the required part was available sooner than expected and final installation was done the next day.
