Ken was great! Our tank was sitting for about a month after the last fish passed. The water of course needed changing but Ken informed u the tank needed a good leaning the top and walls were not too bad. He drained and cleaned all our decor and before we knew it he was done. He provided feedback to us on moving forward with placing fish in the tank and we discussed monthly maintenance moving forward. Great service, professional work. Thank you Ken. I scheduled Ken for my first aquarium maintenance service, and I’m very happy with the experience. Ken was knowledgeable about freshwater tanks with live plants, Betta fish, and other species.

He started by testing the water, and once everything looked good, he carefully cleaned the rocks, driftwood, and glass to remove algae and make the tank look like new. He also took apart and thoroughly cleaned all parts of the filter.

Ken took the time to explain what he was doing and gave great advice on the best food to use, as well as recommendations for new fish and plants to add. He was humble, patient, and never rushed through the appointment.

Overall, it felt great to hire him — highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and caring aquarium expert!
