- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices very reasonable so I can help people that might otherwise give up on their dog .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get a good background history of the issues at hand ,then I meet with the people and their pet ,to get a hands on real evaluation ,then I go about fixing the issue right then and there .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides 40 years of successful career in training and showing dogs,I have studied animal behavior .I have put all of this to good use volunteering with my certified dogs in hospice work ,so I am very good with people .
