- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do flat rate pricing if I tell you it’s 235 it doesn’t matter if it takes 5min or 5hrs that’s your price. I do charge a trip charge but it is taken off if you decide to let me fix whatever problem you are having.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with client about what work they need completed. Give them options and let them decide what they want to do. Talk them through the process of how I will go about completing the job then get started. I’m not going to sell you on something you don’t need. I tell you what the problem is and give you solutions to fix the problem and let you decide what you want to do. However I will not do something that isn’t going to fix the problem. I will not do a patch job if the end result is gonna be having to come back to make the correct repair to solve the problem.
