Joel was great. He remodeled my mother's apartment and also fixed a granite countertop for our outside kitchen. He was responsive and had fair pricing. I would highly recommend him and his crew!

We contracted with Palacios Construction to remodel our primary bath and we couldnt be more pleased with the result.Joel and his crews were helpful and respectful, even as we dealt with challenges along the way. Communication was clear and there was no surprise with the final bill, as all change orders were discussed and then documented clearly and presented for our approval.We cant wait to start on our next project with Palacios Construction.

I just had a wonderful experience with Palacios renovations. I really was worried because I wanted to remodel my bathroom and repaint my house while living still in Hong Kong . Thankfully I found Joel and his team. I couldn't be happier! Not only did they go an incredible job keeping me informed of everything etc but the results were even beyond my expectations... just beautiful work at a very reasonable rate. I tried other contractors but Joel is the one who really went the extra miles on everything and allowed this project to be completed while I was away! Thanks a million for your professionalism and responsiveness... and constant support even now!
