- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a professional electrical company. We are certified Generac generator dealers. We are fully licensed, we carry more insurance than almost any other company in our industry, and we have been in business for 3 years. Our pricing is fair and consistent with dealers comparable to ours. We cannot beat the prices of a "Chuck in a truck", but we will be here for years to come and we stand by our work and our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple and catered to the customer. We can answer most questions without making a site visit. We also offer virtual site surveys for those who don't want someone to come out to their home. If general pricing is all you need, we do not hesitate to give it to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified Premier Generac which means we meet a certain standard for Generac. We have a Master Electrician, as well as Journeymen. We have a Master Plumber. We are electricians first and we are proud of our work. We are also an A to Z generator company and when we're done, your generator will run. We anticipate being named Power Pro Premier Generac dealers very soon, which is a different level, and takes meeting many standards to get there.
