WOW! What an amazing ability to make my nightmare disappear within less than 24 hours! This business understood my problem, diagnosed it, and with a emergency need, solved the electrical panel problem ON MY RV, all within a couple short hours. The team re-wired our electrical panel within just a couple hours of arriving, and within just 8 hours of my request. I highly recommend this company for anything electric... last week they installed a Tesla charging station, and installed a 240 outlet for my new RV. Oh, this week they are installing my Tesla Powerwall... can't wait to send them as many referrals as possible!! If you have a construction or electrical need, call this guys!!

We had Jeramy and his crew install a Generac Generator a few days after Hurricane Laura. Then Hurricane Delta affected our area but we were able to host family members when we lost power. Now, with the impending ice storm we have security in knowing that we will be able to keep family members warm if necessary if our power goes out. It has been a blessing to have this generator! We have the service plan through Collaborative Services also. They have come out and performed routine maintenance for us and have always taken care of any questions/concerns weve had. We dont hesitate to recommend Collaborative Services to any of our friends or when someone asks for a recommendation on Facebook.

Beware of this company. Hired them to install a Genrac generator. They were out here several times and never got the generator working. They had the neutral & ground wires in the wrong placement and when the generator came on, it fried 3 of our AC units, lights, bidet and a slew of small electronics. They never came back afterward and never returned my calls. I had to spend a total of 6k to repair all 3 blown AC units!!! Had to call Grasten Generators in and they found the problem within minutes & they were cheaper than what Collaborative quoted!!! Beware!updates; Not taking this review down per threatening response from the owner after numerous attempts to have them come out to make it right. They quoted me to run new electrical lines from the generator to the main panel so they should have known what was wrong. The ground cable and neutral cable was swapped to the main panel and that was the reason it fried 3 of my AC units and a slew of other electronics and they just took off. Instead of of running the quoted new wires and making sure it was probably connected, they spend their time on diagnosing the brand new generator, insisting it was defective when it was not. I gave them plenty of time to come out and make it right but they NEVER returned any my calls/emails till now on this review???? You're lucky I'm not suing you!! Go ahead, take action, I will win and you will have to pay me the extra 10K I spent to fix the 3 AC units and other appliances, I have proof, your quote to run new lines and etc. Once you take the job, do it right! stop blaming others.

This review is ABSOLUTELY not written in good faith. Ms. Forrest informed us that Grasten gave her a discount in order to write a negative review towards us. The work that was faulty was performed by a previous, fly-by-the-night (Chuck in a truck) type company. We are asking that Ms. Forrest take down this obviously biased review or we will report her and Gratsen to Google, and possibly take further action as necessary.
