What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable based on company size and work load. I have both hourly rates for one off jobs and monthly packages available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would meet to discuss your businesses specific needs. Upon retaining a client a contract is signed and I begin to gather the companies financial information. The contract can be ended at any time upon cancellation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree from Texas State University and a Paralegal Certificate
