Introduction: I work with young adults, adolescents, and children to help them overcome issues they may be having in their lives. My counseling style is nonjudgmental, caring, empathetic, genuine and accepting. Parenting skills are also incorporated in my practice should there be a need.
Many of the issues I work with are depression, bipolar, eating disorder, self harm, substance abuse, relationship conflict, grief and loss, and behavior modification.
My practice is based on a positive and strength building theory. Self-esteem building and changing negative thoughts to positive are two of the things I work on with clients.
My clients enjoy meeting with me, and we work together to help them reach goals.
