Approved member of Showing Time & 4-Rivers Assoc of Realtors, CTXMLS, TX Association of Realtors & the National Association of Realtors. -Inspections scheduled: Monday-Saturday, typically at 10 am or 2 pm, but will work with your schedule. I take time to walk the home with you, answer questions and educate you. Quality rather than quantity oriented. Full detailed report including digital pics & instrument readings, emailed as .pdf within 24 hours or less - usually same day. -Pricing based on square footage & age of the home. Joe was early, stayed later than he planned, and gave us an immense amount of information all for an incredible value.
