Pool cleaning & maintenance service pricing is based on the individual pool, as no pool is same. Pool Buddy offers free estimates, competitive rates, and NO complicated contracts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before commencing pool service, I meet with each new customer to understand their pool needs. As the season changes, so does the needs of the pool. Communication with the client will remain continuous throughout relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pool Buddy is a open book. Clients are welcome to ask any question as it relates to the maintenance of their pool. Being capable of performing basic pool maintenance activities will enable the client to maintain their pool to the highest level.
