- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $110 an hour with a minimum $250 rate if it’s over 30 min drive time from Winnsboro otherwise it’s $200 within 30 min drive time and that rate includes the first 2 hours of labor for service calls If it's a project then I come out and walk the project then I will work up an estimate within a few days .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally it starts with a phone call or text and schedule a time to come look at the project and if it's a service call then discuss my minimum rate and hourly rate and schedule me out to come fix the issue they are having with there electrical.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years under a master electrician/ 4 years of IEC electrical school
