• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our pricing is based on the specific scope of work, materials, labor, and project requirements. We provide clear, upfront estimates so customers understand the expected cost before work begins. A 40% deposit of the total project cost is required before work can begin (Only applies to projects over $1500+), with the remaining balance due according to the agreed payment schedule. We strive to offer competitive and fair pricing while maintaining quality workmanship. Any additional work or changes outside the original scope will be discussed and approved by the customer before additional charges are incurred. We do not believe in hidden fees or unexpected costs.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our process starts with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, budget, and project expectations. We then evaluate the property and scope of work, provide a detailed estimate, and discuss the project timeline and materials. Once the customer approves the proposal, we finalize the scope of work and payment terms. We then schedule the project, coordinate materials and subcontractors as needed, and keep the customer informed throughout the process. Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure the work meets expectations and address any remaining questions or concerns. Our goal is to provide clear communication, quality workmanship, and a professional experience from start to finish.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  My education and training are supported by extensive hands-on experience in construction, property maintenance, project management, and facility operations. My background includes construction project coordination, estimating, job-site supervision, scheduling, materials management, quality control, and coordinating subcontractors. I have developed my skills through years of field experience in roles including Construction Project Manager, Carpenter Foreman, and Plant Operator. This combination of practical experience and project management knowledge allows me to understand both the technical requirements of a project and the importance of communication, budgeting, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. I also stay current with construction practices, safety requirements, building standards, and industry best practices to ensure projects are completed professionally and efficiently.
