Essential Air Services replaced our upstairs and downstairs heating and A/C units. Our home is greater than 30 years old and needed to be upgraded to code. Manni ans Steve did an outstanding job with the installations. Because of the age of the house and the location of the units in the attic and downstairs closet the duct work proved to be challenging. Manni did an excellent job engineering the solution for both units. The size of the new units forced a modification of the platform supporting the outside AC and Steve was able to bring the A/C electrical up to code and I really appreciate the extra effort Essential Air Services puts into insulating the Freon lines. Essential Air Services is a highly professional quality organization. Manni and Steve take pride in their work and the craftsmanship reflects their effort.
