Chris was all about getting the shot right for us. This was a Graduation shoot for my Granddaughter. Chris immediately made her feel she was part of the process, not just standing there posing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use flat rate pricing so you know what the total investment will be before we even go out to shoot. The quoted price will include all editing time and digital copies of all edited photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to set up a very brief initial meeting to discuss our plan. Obviously for larger events/shoots the consultation process will be a little more in depth. The better I understand the ultimate goal, the easier the process will be for both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting photography and videography for several years now. I like to shoot a variety of things and try not to limit myself to one or two niches. I believe this helps create a well rounded photographer that can problem solve on the fly and is always learning new techniques and styles.
