My Heat and Air conditioning units started shutting down in heat pump mode. Allstate Electric came right out, diagnosed the problem. They recommended replacing the entire system which was at the end of life after 22 years in operation. I was given a very fair price and the installation was quick and painless. Very professional service and it came right before the Arctic blast came through. Very happy with the purchase and my family and I are warm and toasty in our house during the freezing cold

20+ yr old system failed during ice storm, instead of throwing money at it, chose to go with new system. Glen picked up the system, delivered it same day and had it installed and running the next day. He was willing to install same evening but I chose to wait until next morning. Roads were iced over the entire time. Crew was fast and professional.
