- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is different so there is no standard price for events because each vision is going to come to life in different ways. There are however some standard prices for some items we offer such as bridal bouquets and so on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I love to sit down or talk with them about what there vision is and how they picture the room for the event. We take that vision and turn it into reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done this for years and I am still learning new things. I take any classes available to increase my knowledge in this field.
