Copper Arch has completed several projects for me, from fairly large and somewhat complex, that is , upgrading our home from 125 amp service to 200 amp service. No job was considered to small for them to consider and complete such as adding outside lighting and repairing and or replacing and upgrading indoor wiring! Copper Arch really is my first choice for all matters, electrical. C. Briscoe

We needed some electrical changes in our home to be done quickly. Hayden, with Copper Arch Electric, helped us right away! He did a great job taking care of our needs. His estimate was spot on. There were a couple of extra things we needed taken care of and he took care of them! Not only was he professional, responsive and demonstrated excellent work quality, we appreciated his punctuality and value of his work! Highly recommended!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years experience as an electrician. I served a four year apprenticeship along with four years of electrician schooling. I was a journeyman commercial electrician for 15 years. I received my master electrical license and electrical contractors license in early 2025. I’ve worked mostly in commercial installations but also industrial and residential.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began an electrical apprenticeship and schooling in 2005.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is important to hire an electrician who is licensed and insured. You may find a handyman willing to do the job cheaper, but be aware that it is not only illegal to perform electrical work without a license in Utah, it is also impossible to be insured if you’re not licensed for electrical work. The minimum license to work alone on any electrical job in Utah is a journeyman electrical license. You can search licenses by name on the utah.gov website for Utah Division of Professional Licensing.
