- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several different subscription types. Weekly, Every two weeks, and Monthly cleanings. Each time we visit counts as a services that will be billable. You are able to cancel or pause any time you want without any fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask a little bit about your current hot tub/spa situation. Go over our process of cleaning and factory recommendations for hot tubs. Lay out our subscription types (you are able to cancel any time you want) for you to choose. Collect billing info. And then get you on our schedule! You will get updates every time your hot tub is serviced so you are aware of what is going on.
