Ethan showed up right on time. Spent almost 3 hours draining, cleaning and servicing our two-person spa. He explained everything he did and pointed out things we could do to better maintain the spa. Was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Will definitely use their services in the future.

We had a great experience with Granite Spa Services! We bought a home with a hottub and wanted to get it cleaned out. Our technician, Parker, was fantastic. He arrived in time and finished quickly. He was professional and kind and did great work. Our hottub looks so much better! The water is a pretty blue now and feels great to soak in. We are forever customers!

Our hottub has never looked better! We enlisted Granite Spa Services for a drain, clean and pipe deep cleaning. After refilling, our water has remained sparkling clean. It's been great letting them take over our weekly maintenance and I have never enjoyed our hottub more.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several different subscription types. Weekly, Every two weeks, and Monthly cleanings. Each time we visit counts as a services that will be billable. You are able to cancel or pause any time you want without any fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask a little bit about your current hot tub/spa situation. Go over our process of cleaning and factory recommendations for hot tubs. Lay out our subscription types (you are able to cancel any time you want) for you to choose. Collect billing info. And then get you on our schedule! You will get updates every time your hot tub is serviced so you are aware of what is going on.
