I have been a Licensed Painting contractor since 1985, and have painted hundreds of homes and businesses. I am also a Licensed General Building Contractor. In 2005 I started buying fixer uppers and remodeled them for sale. I have completed well over 50 fix and flips to date. Nearly all of these houses had Kitchen and Bath remodels, new doors and trim moldings, tile, plumbing and electrical up grades etc. I am very capable, reliable and easy to work with, you will not be disappointed.
I am master craftsman at Painting, Trim Carpentry, and Cabinet Making. I especially enjoy using my knowledge and skill to make homes stylish and beautiful. Dave was one of the best people we have ever worked with. Communication was perfect, work quality was excellent, and his kindness/attitude was a major plus! We had him paint most of our interior home and it looks amazing. I would hire him again anytime. He was extremely trustworthy, detail-oriented, and anyone would be lucky to work with him.

We were lucky enough to work with Dave on a full remodel of our home in Midway UT. He and his great team helped us with cabinets, finish work, doors, paint, electricity (conversion to flush mount led), outside stone limewash, wooden trellis and so much more.
In a time where quality has fallen because of high demand Dave and his guys did not cut any corners and in fact far surpassed our expectations and hopes for our re-model.

I absolutely loved working with Dave and his staff to get the kitchen I was wanting! I could not recommend him enough! He is knowledgeable, professional, has a ton of experience, and just a super nice guy. Dave added custom trim and work to my kitchen that I would not get with just any cabinet painter. He addressed any of my concerns I had and made sure it was perfect in the end and I was happy. His staff was super friendly and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home, even when I wasn’t home at times. His prices are reasonable and I am very happy with the end result. If I have more painting or carpentry needs in the future I will without a doubt use Dave!

I had Dave come and meet with me about painting our kitchen cabinets. There are several things I really like about Dave. He talked with me about other items that would improve the overall look of the kitchen. He saw not only the cabinets, but the kitchen as a whole. He painted the cabinets white, put new hardware on them, installed crown molding around the cabinets, changed out the old baseboard, cased out the kitchen window and installed a can light above the sink for me - literally changing the entire look of the kitchen. I could not be happier. Dave is a craftsman. He is punctual and the quality of work is impeccable. I will definitely be hiring Dave for future projects.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For me to give the most accurate quote for the painting that you need done for your job, I need to personally come to look and talk
with you about the exact work that you would like done and take measurements etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come and meet personally with the client and to find out exactly what the they would like done and how they would like the finished product to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started painting at the age of 17, working for a master craftsman. I have worked on custom homes, new construction, commercial buildings, apartments, and private homes. I have been a licensed contractor from the age of 21. I have also bought and completely re-habbed over 50 homes over the last 20 years. During this time I have learned to do finished carpentry, cabinet making, and most of the other trades. This has given me an understanding of the proper sequence and practices, which makes a job flow well and gives incredible results. So, I am bringing with me over 30 years of real world experience of painting and remodeling. I have worked on everything from apartment complexes to multi-million dollar homes and are capable of performing the highest quality of work.
