I have been a Licensed Painting contractor since 1985, and have painted hundreds of homes and businesses. I am also a Licensed General Building Contractor. In 2005 I started buying fixer uppers and remodeled them for sale. I have completed well over 50 fix and flips to date. Nearly all of these houses had Kitchen and Bath remodels, new doors and trim moldings, tile, plumbing and electrical up grades etc. I am very capable, reliable and easy to work with, you will not be disappointed.
I am master craftsman at Painting, Trim Carpentry, and Cabinet Making. I especially enjoy using my knowledge and skill to make homes stylish and beautiful. Dave and his team worked very hard and finished two rooms in a day. The painting job is top notch and looks amazing. I couldn't ask for anything more. Dave also helped me figure out what colors would look best in the rooms when he did his consultation. He went above and beyond to make my house look amazing!

Dave did a great job with our home. Dave and his team put in new baseboards and casing and painted the walls and ceilings in our hall, entry and 3 bedrooms. Dave also recommended some additions that elevated the look of our home and finished everything off nicely. His team paid close attention to details and did an amazing job making sure we had even and crisp lines with our paint. Everything looks fantastic and we love how it turned out. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For me to give the most accurate quote for the painting that you need done for your job, I need to personally come to look and talk
with you about the exact work that you would like done and take measurements etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come and meet personally with the client and to find out exactly what the they would like done and how they would like the finished product to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started painting at the age of 17, working for a master craftsman. I have worked on custom homes, new construction, commercial buildings, apartments, and private homes. I have been a licensed contractor from the age of 21. I have also bought and completely re-habbed over 50 homes over the last 20 years. During this time I have learned to do finished carpentry, cabinet making, and most of the other trades. This has given me an understanding of the proper sequence and practices, which makes a job flow well and gives incredible results. So, I am bringing with me over 30 years of real world experience of painting and remodeling. I have worked on everything from apartment complexes to multi-million dollar homes and are capable of performing the highest quality of work.
