- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are usually introduced over the phone or Internet, where I present myself and offer piano tuning services. When I meet a new customer in person. I introduce myself again, and begin working on the piano. If ask the customer if there are any specific questions or concerns that they may have. If needed, I will provide the customer with additional information about their piano, and what can be done to improve it further. As always, the customer's satisfaction is of the highest priority.

Diploma in Advanced Piano Technology from North Bennet Sreet School, Boston, Massachusetts. Bachelors Degree in Music Composition from the University of Utah. Steinway and Sons technical training, Steinway and Sons Piano Factory, New York City. Currently earning a Master's Degree in Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music Online.
