- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending on the number of areas you would like to get tested. We always recommend under-testing rather than over-testing areas in your home so that you only pay for the area's of highest concern. We'll never pressure you into testing more areas than needed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can get scheduled the same day you call, and testing takes around 30 minutes. We will visit the home, collect samples, and then using our lab, can have results to you in a matter of 48 hours or less.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each sample is professionally analyzed by our lab here in Utah by a certified lab technician.
