What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is unique, so pricing is based on the size, design, level of customization, installation requirements, and materials used. Delivery charges are based on the event location based on tiered distances from our shop in Highland, UT. Whether you're looking for a simple accent or a large statement installation, we'll work with you to create a design that fits your vision and budget. Quotes are always provided upfront with no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal at the Balloon Studio is to make our customer's experience as streamlined as possible while ensuring top quality art. We will gather basic information needed to provide an accurate quote based off the unique elements of your event. Once you are happy with the plan, we will secure your deposit of 50% to secure your date and order materials. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event. We strive to make set-up as efficient as possible so you can stress less and party more. When requested, we return to tear down and remove all items at the pre-arranged time to keep your experience hassle free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended both in-person and online trainings to improve my skillset. I am continuously educating myself on new techniques, the latest products, and fresh designs to keep us up to date and professional during any setup
