Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Because we run lean, we're able to pass savings directly on to our customers without sacrificing quality. We provide free estimates and offer bundled pricing for multiple window treatments. There are no hidden fees, and we’re always happy to work within your budget where possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation, either in person or virtually, to understand your needs, style preferences, and budget. From there, we’ll take measurements and walk you through product options, whether it's blinds, shades, shutters, or custom solutions. Once you’ve made your selection, we handle ordering and schedule a professional installation at your convenience. Throughout the process, we keep communication clear and timelines efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a professional degree's and a background in SaaS sales, which has sharpened my skills in client communication, project management, and delivering tailored solutions. While BlindTech is a part-time operation, we take a professional, customer-first approach to every project. I’ve also completed hands-on training in window treatment installation and product selection to ensure we deliver high-quality results.
