The response to my request was so quick and friendly, seemed like they actually wanted to help me. So many times I've tried to get help and get treated like they have better things to do. I just needed one outlet replaced from sparking and smoking. I was told they would come out, look at it, quote it, then could do the work right then if I agreed, which I really like. That means I wouldn't have to wait for another appointment to do the work. And the work that was eventually done was really well done. I was pleasantly surprised to see he did include a cover plate over the outlet even though there wasn't one there to begin with! I'm sure that was included in the price but it was still a great
I gave 3 stars as the actual arrival was a bit frustrating. I was given an appointment window from 10-12. I had to leave for work at 11 and so had arranged for my son to be there. Well, the technician didn't arrive until 12:55, after leaving a message for me at 12:25 that he was on the way.
He waited 4 min for my son to try to reach me at work, then said he had other jobs in Orem and AF, and that he would come back on his way home. No time frame.
So my son, who lives in Orem, wasted his day off waiting for this guy. He did finally show after 6, after he'd texted he'd be there at 5, and did fix the issue, but the fact that my son had to wait that long, going back and forth from Orem to Provo driving a Durango is a bit frustrating. I understand jobs get behind, things come up unexpectedly. I do customer support for service companies. The fact that he was an hour out of the arrival window and then couldn't give more than a few minutes and not offering any kind of discount or something doesn't seem to be good customer service to me.
I'd really like to hire them again, but not sure I can waste that much time.

Clayton was amazing! He had great communication, was able to come for a quote quickly, and actually completed the job the same day. He gave me options, and his expert advice before starting the work. He was SO AMAZING, I called him to come back to mount a tv a few days later. Clayton can do it all. He was an amazing professional, I would highly recommend him for any job and look forward to working with him again.

I looked at 3 factors when I look for service. Price, quality of service and trustworthiness. Clayton met all these criteria. He was reasonably priced and I know the the quality of work hasn't been compromised because of price. He explained everything he was doing and even made recommendation for the future. After he left I felt at peace that everything has been done correctly and he's a guy I will go to for any electrical needs in the future.

Clayton was honest, fast, and eager to figure out the mess that was my electric wiring. He had my whole house figured out and straighten up in about 5 hours. I really appreciate that he told me all my options, suggested upgrades that would be affordable and high value, and knew the current standards. He really went far beyond expectations.
