- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, labor, and any travel or installation required. I provide an estimate before beginning work so the customer knows what to expect. Additional work outside the original scope will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs, taking measurements and photos when necessary, and determining the best approach for the project. From there I provide an estimate, confirm the scope and materials, and schedule the work once everything is approved. I keep the customer informed throughout the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started through formal welding training and hands-on fabrication work. I completed a 14-month welding program and have since gained experience with trailer repair, fabrication, structural welding, and custom projects.
