Daniel, it was absolutely amazing that all of my charges got dropped. Thanks to his outstanding work. I couldn't ask for a better lawyer. I definitely recommend his service.

I hired Mr. Irvin to handle a very difficult case for me. The price he offered was beyond fair, especially compared to other quotes I had gotten. But even with the low price the quality and time spent was always more than expected. The case has gone one for almost 2 years now and he never came back and asked for more money. He is just happy to help and does a wonderful job, would definitely recommend him and use again in the future if needed.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with new clients in an environment they feel safe in. I believe coming to an attorneys office only intimidates a potential client and they cannot relax and be honest with their attorney. I want a client to feel good and comfortable with me and my style. A clients legal problems are personal to them and they need a personal touch to help them through the difficulty.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Divorces, criminal matters, juvenile matters, draft pleadings, advise on legal matters appear in court. I helped return the Kingston Children in an uphill battle with the State of Utah

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You have to feel comfortable with the attorney you work with, interview a couple of attorneys and pick the one you feel is best for you, do not buy all the hype in advertising as it is just that advertising to get you in.
