Daniel, it was absolutely amazing that all of my charges got dropped. Thanks to his outstanding work. I couldn't ask for a better lawyer. I definitely recommend his service.

I don't even no where to begin. I can tell you where you should tho, right here with Daniel Irvin. He is amazing, not just in the courtroom or his legal mind which both are unsurpassed but the man as a person is one of the greatest, most caring, generous men I've ever met. At a point in my life where I had all but lost my faith in humanity, Daniel not only kept my dear friend from jail and a huge life destroyer he completely restored my faith that there are still good people in this world. I was and am the victim of a horrific accident leaving me wheelchair bound and reeling in debt. The person who ran the red light and forever changed my life kept on going. Daniel continued working her cases and got her to be able to stay home and take care of me and fix her future. He then told me he was waving his entire fee and the year he spent working her case was all on him. I'm not writing this review because he waived his fee. He knew nothing of my situation until his last day representing her. He basically donated a year of his time and talents at his expense doing the best possible job anyone could do for no personal gain whatsoever. If being represented by the best criminaldefenseattorney there is and being treated like a human not a number are important to you then look no further. Daniel earned this review for his excellent work as an attorney
It is with honor and gratitude I bestow he the rest.
No not everybody or maybe anybody else will ever get their entire fee waved but he will work with you on affordable payments and never sacrifice the quality of his work. Thanl

Daniel was hired by my husband and I for a custody and child support case. We were initially Pro-Se and the respondent ended up hiring an attorney herself. That put my husband and I in a position of needing to have representation as well. We previously used ThumbTack for our wedding and figured why not try to retain an attorney in the same way? After two postings for Family Law Assistance and multiple offers from other attorney's we looked into hiring Daniel. Daniel was affordable, experienced in Family Law, and immediately helpful agreeing to met with us on a Saturday to review our next steps. He really got to know us as individuals and our case in it's entirety. We decided to enter into a Motion of Temporary Custody and he represented us in the court room with such tact and professionalism. We felt very comfortable with him as our attorney. He was always available to us by email, text, or phone calls. He was able to get us what we wanted in court. He saw the case was interesting and represented us well. His attention to details was huge because there is so much to Family Law cases they can get very messy. We will continue to use him for Family Law in the future with anything we need in this same case or others. He's a very educated attorney and uses his knowledge to your benefit to argue your position in a positive way! I give him the highest recommendation.

I hired Mr. Irvin to handle a very difficult case for me. The price he offered was beyond fair, especially compared to other quotes I had gotten. But even with the low price the quality and time spent was always more than expected. The case has gone one for almost 2 years now and he never came back and asked for more money. He is just happy to help and does a wonderful job, would definitely recommend him and use again in the future if needed.

Me and my friends got into a little trouble. While everyone else got lawyers. I tried to defend myself and basically was being taking advantage of. I decide to hire a lawyer myself and not having a lot of money and Daniel being so reasonably priced I hired him, and am thankful I did. He got my case dismissed. while everyone else took the plea deal.
So now I'm done and everyone else has probation and had to pay a fine. plus they spent a lot more for their lawyers :)

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new clients in an environment they feel safe in. I believe coming to an attorneys office only intimidates a potential client and they cannot relax and be honest with their attorney. I want a client to feel good and comfortable with me and my style. A clients legal problems are personal to them and they need a personal touch to help them through the difficulty.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Divorces, criminal matters, juvenile matters, draft pleadings, advise on legal matters appear in court.
I helped return the Kingston Children in an uphill battle with the State of Utah
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You have to feel comfortable with the attorney you work with, interview a couple of attorneys and pick the one you feel is best for you, do not buy all the hype in advertising as it is just that advertising to get you in.
