- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus repair is the most common repair in this field. Everyone gets viruses because no antivirus is perfect - you'll NEVER see an antivirus guarantee to keep your computer clean. This is where we come in. We've been cleaning up viruses since the early 1980's - when viruses were written for Apple software and spread on 5 1/4" floppy disks. We've developed a very special utility that allows us to take care of viruses WITHOUT losing any of your data... GUARANTEED. When some of the other repair shops in town will simply format your computer and hand it back "clean", we actually attack the viruses and malware itself, leaving all of your personal data untouched.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I'm honest, reliable and have the fastest turnaround in Southern Utah. I do no actual advertising other than word of mouth, and am VERY busy every day, having on average 8-10 computers in my shop at any given time. I do housecalls, am very personable and love explaining what I'm doing on any level necessary for the customer to understand. While I might not have the cheapest rates in Cedar City, I charge appropriately for my level of expertise, but NEVER gouge. My word of mouth advertising is very strong, having done work on literally 10,000 computers in just the last 10 years of my 29 years of IT and repair field experience. Just ask anyone around - chances are I've done work for someone YOU know.
