Chris did a fantastic job with my dog, Zeke. He started training at a bit of a disadvantage since he was nervous around other dogs, but Chris created safe and positive environments that really helped him gain confidence. Over time, we got to see him relax, play, and just be a dog, something I wasn’t sure would happen!
Chris also gave me great advice on improving my communication with Zeke and working on his impulse control. I’m really happy with the progress we made and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring trainer.

We have gone to Chris over the years with three of our own Golden Retrievers as well as my parents' Retriever. Chris has changed our relationship with our dogs for the better. Our dogs have transformed from lovable, out of control bundles of energy to lovable, well mannered members of the family. They wait patiently at the top of the stairs until I get down the stairs and call them. They have learned to not maul visitors that come to the front door. Perhaps the most valuable benefit from Chris' training was discovering that I can really enjoy the company of my dogs and have high expectations for them. Thanks Chris!

This was the best hands on training I have ever participated in! Not only does she love your dogs she wants you to succeed so your dogs love you! My husband and I felt so comfortable with Chris she never makes you feel that you can’t do something. She makes training a pleasure and makes it so you want to walk your dogs because they have learned some manners with her training ! I have 2 cattle dogs and they were a handful until I had Chris come and explain how she trains!

Our experience with Chris was excellent! Her knowledge and experience and how to transfer that knowledge so that we felt successful was wonderful! Our dog loves her so much! Chris truly is gifted! We are grateful for everything that she has done in all of our training sessions!

This trainer has so much knowledge about puppies and dogs. Knowledge that is very helpful. She is a very professional trainer but makes it fun! Overall it has been a very enjoyable experience.

My Puppy program involves private sessions and social workshops. We cover all aspects, from potty training to starting leash walking and EVERYTHING in between. $400
Adolescent/adult covers how a dog behaves indoors and out. More information on my website it’s a very involved program

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduce my program if it is a fit then we proceed. Not every person or every situation will fit everyone’s personality and style. I respect that.
I will never pressure anyone to go with my program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the dog industry in one area or another. I have worked with several different trainers and understand different philosophies enough to know that not every training style works for every single dog or human. I have a lifetime of experience in this field.
